We’re looking for a full-time team member to help our clients get the most out of our AI-powered leak detection platform. You’ll be the go-to person for onboarding, training, and ongoing support, making sure customers not only adopt the platform but also see real value from it. This role blends technical know-how with customer care and problem-solving to create a great experience and lasting partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Help customers get started: Guide clients through onboarding, setup, and best practices so they’re up and running smoothly. Spot opportunities to make their implementation even better.
- Make things run better: Dig into customer data, dashboards, and alarms to suggest tweaks that improve leak detection performance and reliability.
- Be the bridge: Turn customer needs into clear tasks for our product and engineering teams, then follow up to make sure issues are resolved and updates are communicated.
- Keep an eye on performance: Build and share regular reports on system health (like sensitivity, false alarms, and uptime) and review them with customers.
- Train users: Teach clients how to confidently use the Flowstate platform.
- Create repeatable processes: Help document playbooks and contribute to the roadmap so product updates align with what customers actually need.
- Advocate for customers: Make sure their voice is heard internally and that we’re building features that truly add value.
- Solve problems: Troubleshoot data, integration, or alarm questions over email, video calls, or the occasional on-site visit.
Extra Ways You’ll Contribute
- Write helpful content like tutorials and knowledge base articles.
- Work with customers and teammates on change management.
- Share technical insights to support sales and marketing efforts, like case studies or reference calls.
Job Skills and Qualifications
Required
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) or equivalent experience.

- Problem-solving: Analytical and detail-oriented with solid troubleshooting skills.
- Organization: Able to manage time, priorities, and details effectively.
Preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, implementation, field engineering, IIoT, or industrial software.
- Experience in oil & gas, utilities, or pipeline monitoring.
- Knowledge of leak-detection systems, SCADA/OT data, or real-time monitoring.
- Background with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and API integrations.
- Experience helping customers through process or change management initiatives.
