As COO of Flowstate, Angie is continuing a very diverse engineering career of wearing many hats.

Angie cut her teeth as a systems engineer at Raytheon Missile systems, working projects from flight test support to software product management to satellite design. After a few years working in defense, she found an opportunity to move back to her home state of Wyoming and to try something new as Director of Marketing and Operations for an engineering software startup, Firehole Technologies.

At Firehole, she filled many roles necessary for the company’s growth, from its first commercial product launch through its acquisition by Autodesk, Inc in March of 2013. Angie stayed on with Autodesk for six years, where she honed her skills in technical marketing, product management, and data science. These roles have given her broad experience working in cross-functional teams.

Since returning to Wyoming, Angie has also been involved with her alma mater, the University of Wyoming, serving on the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences Dean’s Advisory Council. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching Lego Robotics (First Lego League) and volunteering with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Natrona County.
